Online Return Policy Notice:
All items purchased online Homesong Market must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for in store credit only. All products must be unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return delivery fees. We are not responsible for broken and/or lost packages. In-store credit will be issued after we've receive the items and they are in good enough condition to resell.
We do not accept refunds for any products listed as final sale or that are on sale.
Should you find any product to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will be happy to address your concerns directly at customer_service@homesongmarket.com. We offer quality products, but normal wear and tear throughout time is to be expected and does not allow for a refund.
