This herbal bath tea contains herbs and flowers chosen for their relaxation properties, helpful when taking a relaxing and rejuvenating bath. This soothing blend contains calendula, rose petals, jasmine, chamomile, heather, and lavender. To use, simply shake the jar to mix the contents and place around four tablespoons of the tea into the bags (included) and tie. Place in a hot bath or hang under the tap to allow the tea to infuse, about ten minutes. Contains enough tea for four to six baths.
