Smoky, savory, and just the right amount of heat, this Salsa Macha is the kind of pantry staple that quickly finds its way onto everything. Made with Calabrian, Morita, Guajillo, and Chipotle chiles, sea salt, garlic, and rich extra virgin olive oil, it has a deep, layered flavor with plenty of crunch.
Each batch is slowly infused without heat, allowing the chiles to release their full flavor into the oil. Spoon it over eggs, roasted vegetables, focaccia, pizza, grilled meats, or anything that could use a little extra warmth.
The chiles are regeneratively grown and hand-harvested by Boonville Barn Collective in Northern California, while the olive oil comes from a fourth-generation family farm in Ojai.
