A beautiful framed print of Sir Peter Paul Rubens’ “Head Of A Boy” adorned in a gold-painted wooden frame with a black velvet border and textured white matte. Rubens was a Flemish artist and diplomat, born in 1577 and was considered one of the greatest painters of the 17th century Boraque movement. His work was a beautiful fusion of Flemish realism and Italian Renaissance. While a reproduction print, this print appears as if it is hand drawn. It would be a beautiful art piece to elevate any space with its rich frame and subtle gray scale art. There are some nicks in the frame as shown in photos. The backing paper was also reinforced as it was tearing off.
