Petite Tunisian lemons are known for their concentrated intensity. Packed whole in a brine with a mild red pepper, these lemons radiate citrus flavor while maintaining their firm texture. The entire preserved lemon is edible, pith and rind included. Cut into slices to serve with grilled or baked seafood, or mince and whisk into dressings, marinades and sauces. Stir into pasta or top roasted vegetables. The red pepper inside the jar can be used as a colorful garnish!
